Today I’m sharing my latest design team project for The Crafty Scrapper. I made two cards using Authentique’s “Always” collection, which has beautiful papers and images for wedding projects. First up, is a wedding card I made using the Authentique papers (Always Two and Four), layered with some vintage papers to give this card a vintage, classic feel. I used an image from the collection (Always Seven) as the focal point, and added ribbon, tulle, stitching, and a flower.

Let’s take a closer look at those layers. Vintage sheet music, dress pattern tissue, and wallpaper give an aged look.

So, I promised two ways, right? Well, here is another card I made, using the same collection, with a completely different look.

This card uses papers from the same collection (Three and Four) that I paired with a Tim Holtz paper doll. On this card, you would never know these papers were created for a wedding collection. It’s a great way to use up your papers, or to look at a traditional collection in a new light.
Such adorable cards, Erica! I love your vintage style, and adore all the old treasures you include on your projects. Those time worn elements add such an amazing touch!
Just pulled your lovely card out of my mailbox! Thank you so much, my friend! Love those little fairies!Hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving!
